Laboratory of room air conditioner using air enthalpy test method
Description
This laboratory works on the principle of air-enthalpy test method. It can test cooling capacity, heating capacity, airflow rate, power, COP and SEER,etc not only under different working conditions specified in national standards, but also specified different types of working conditions by the user. And it can discriminate air conditioner under test is qualified or not according to the measurement result. This test equipment is controlled automatically, and it is applicable for not only matching test in products development but also spot checking in the bulk-production. It meets the requirements of the standard of GB/T 7725-2004、GB/T 18836-2002、GB/T17758-1999、GB/T18837-2002、JIS 8615-99.

A.measurement of air conditioner performance(cooling capacity,heating capacity) under steady and unsteady operating condition
B. heating capacity test with defrost operation, and calculate defrost period and defrost time automatically
C. Other working conditions specified by the standard GB/T - 7725
D. measurement of indoor airflow rate
E. test of air conditioner controller
F. Auto fault-alarming and fault reason display

A. Range of indoor-side temperature: 0 ~ 40 ℃, RH: 35% ~ 95%
Range of outdoor-side temperature: - 20 ~ 55 ℃, RH: 35% ~ 91%
B. compared with sample: ± 1.5%, Repeatability: ±1%
C.Temperature test precision: ± 0.1 ℃, control precision : ±0.2 ℃
D. time from room temperature to the stable common testing condition:
with max load: ≤ 45 minutes; without load : ≤30 minutes.
