Responsibilities

1. Design plan and adjust timely according to the design specification.
2. Be responsible for the elaboration and the division of labor for project plan; Be responsible for the overall design, including the selection and design of major components, control plan, etc. Be responsible for the selection of new components and development of new suppliers.
3. Be responsible for technical guidance, work assignment and review for team members.
4. Proofread various technical documents(drawings, BOM, process and specification, etc.), and examine the function of electrical/structural drawings.
5. Organize phase review, discussion of programs for the project.
6. Collect relevant product standards, samples and other design data, develop and improve product design specifications.
7. Performance appraisal of team members.
8. Provide technical support to sales and after-sales, make technical specifications.
9. According to the feedback of after-sales, improve and optimize product design.

10. Prepare the Commissioning program，guide the testing work and affirm the testing results ultimately.

11. Other work assigned by supervisor.

Post requirements

1. Refrigeration Major, master degree or above from key universities.
2. More than 5 years relevant work experience in design and project management.
3. Equipped with professional knowledge about basic structure, performance, electrical control of refrigeration parts, be familiar with the testing standards and methods at home and abroad.
4. Experienced in leading a team.
