Description

The test bench is used to test the performances of parts (radiator, inter-cooler, oil cooler and condenser) of automotive cooling module. Testing method in its main side is air enthalpy test method, and in secondary side is heat source side (water side, heating air side, lubricating oil side and cooling medium side) enthalpy test method, and two kinds of test method results are to be calibrated to ensure the accuracy of test results. The bench not only can test individual part performance of radiator, inter-cooler, oil cooler and condenser, but also can test comprehensive performance of various assemblies with different parts. It can be used as the performance calibration equipment for radiator, inter-cooler, oil cooler and condenser. Besides, it also provides the tool to develop and optimize the radiator, inter-cooler, oil cooler and condenser.

All testing data can be displayed on computer, automatically data recorded, processed and printed. During the testing processing, the working condition can be controlled under full automatic control mode. At the same time, it also can be controlled under manual control mode. The two control modes can be easily converted to each other.
