Vehicle low-temperature chamber
Description
This laboratory is used to study the vehicles performance of demisting, defrosting, cold-start at low temperature. It also can provide the low temperature environment for vehicles to be tested emission performance at low temperature. Besides, it can be used to study vehicle various performances at low temperature environment.
1. air temperature

b) measurement precision： ±0.2 ℃
c）Control Precision： ±1 ℃(at control point, without heating load)
±3 ℃(at control point, with heating load)
d) Duration of working condition at low temperature condition（－7℃） is not less than 40 hours
e) heating rate and falling temperature rate:
＋20℃←→－18℃,＜2 hours（without test vehicles）
＋20℃←→－35℃,＜4 hours（without test vehicles）
2. air pressure in the chamber
a)Ensure the pressure in the chamber is 0 ~ 50 Pa positive pressure
b)Fresh Air Volume: More than 500 m3 / h, lowest dew point temperature can be below -10 ℃
