Anechoic chamber and semi-anechoic chamber

Description
According to the requirement, the chamber can be built using anechoic method or semi-anechoic method. In the acoustic environment, it can be used to test and analyze noise and vibration of the air conditioner (indoor and outdoor units of wall-mounted type, indoor unit of ceiling-mounted type, fan, etc.) on engineering level. It is mainly used for product improvement and research of noise source identification that are time consuming. When an accurate test is needed, the improved sample can be tested in a precise chamber where working conditions are adjustable. As elastic suspension vibration isolation foundation structure was adopted, the chamber background vibration is very low. Therefore, it can be used in the study of vibration characteristics test.
Based on standards:
ISO 3744 Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure-Engineering method in an essentially free field over a reflecting plane
GB3767-1996 Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure-Engineering method in an essentially free field over a reflecting place
GB/T 17758-17758 unitary air conditioners
GB/T 7725-2004 room air conditioners
GB/T 4214.1-2000 Acoustics-household and similar electrical appliances test code for determination of airborne acoustical noise. Part 1:General requirements
JB/T 4330-1999 Determination of noise emitted by refrigeranting and air conditioning equipments
GB 19606-2004 Noise limit value for household and similar electrical appliances
1. acoustical noise
2. vibration
3. additional functions
1) chamber temperature control
2) fan rotate speed
3) compressor rotation speed
1.Background noise (under the condition of company normal operation and normal production of the factory without abnormal interference around it (for example, pounding the ground, piling, impact) is less than 26.0 dB (A); and at night after work, it is less than 21 db (A).
2. Natural frequency of vibration- isolation systems: f≤8Hz
3. The free field precision and scope:
In all regions of space from the noise absorption surface of 0.8m, the free field precision meets to the following standards requirements:
1) ISO3744: “Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources -Engineering methods for free-field conditions over a reflecting plane”;
2)GB/T 3767-1996 Acoustics-Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure-Engineering method in an essentially free field over a reflecting place
(The above specifications are for only reference, it can be customized according to customer’s requirements.)
