Test bench of automotive air conditioning compressor performance
Description
The test bench is used to test cooling capacity, power, COP and other performances of compressor. Its testing method in main side is second refrigerant calorimeter method which principle is that the cooling capacity of compressor is got from electric heating capacity for second refrigerant, and in secondary side is system refrigerant mass flowmeter method which principle is that the cooling capacity of compressor is got from mass flow rate of refrigerant. The two kinds of test method results can be calibrated to ensure the accuracy of test results. Besides, it can also test compressor rotation rate, shell temperature and other system parameters.
It meets the requirements of, but not restricted to, standards GB/T5773-2004, QCT660-2000 and GB/T 21360-2008.
