Real vehicle fatigue-life test bench of passenger car air conditioning compressor
Description

 

The test bench is used to test fatigue-life of air conditioning compressor with variable displacement or fixed displacement for passenger car. Its main parts of refrigeration system are from real vehicle (compressor, condenser and evaporator) in the test system, and pipelines are almost from the real vehicle, only partial joint pipes are process piping. Parameters are controlled under automatic mode and manual mode, and data are acquired and processed automatically. Main key parts and instruments are imported or domestic high-quality products. The test bench has the advantages of energy saving, high reliability and degree of automation, etc.

 

1) Environment temperatures of evaporator, condenser and compressor can be controlled separately.,

        2) The evaporator can operate under fixed load

        3) real vehicle evaporator with or without expansion valve both can be tested

       4) condensation airflow velocity can vary according to the compressor rotation speed

       5) It can realize the working conditions with automatic, continuous and cyclic operation.

       6) The compressor rotation speed can be automatically controlled independently

      7) The compressor rotation direction in forward or reverse is optional

      8) For condenser testing, airflow can be suction or blowing type

      9) It can simulate real vehicle operation under all working conditions

     10) It can simulate real vehicle pipelines, and the relative height among the evaporator, condenser and compressor can be adjusted.

     11) Testing data is saved and processed automatically

     12) The control modes between manual and automatic mode can be converted to each other

     13) Control valve of the compressor can be controlled.

     14) It can test the compressor running power and torque

     15) Oil circulating rate can be tested (sampling method)
